Fraser Road is the main commercial center at the heart of Patna. The road starting from station golambar through Indian Nation building and  Dak Bungalow Chowraha towards Doordarshan Kendra to Gandhi Maidan, ending at Jai Prakash Narayan Golambar on southern part of  Gandhi Maidan near Hotel Maurya. On our site we include the southern Gandhi Maidan area under the Fraser road only.

Fraser road is the commercial center. Corporate offices, retail stores, The Mall, Hotels, Restaurants, Media houses and what not are spread across Fraser road. In the evening Fraser road is the place to hang out in Patna. Parking is a menace, which sometimes frustrates visitors. The office rentals are very high in Fraser road and very few spaces are usually available.

Fraser road though mainly commercial, hosts a number of residential buildings and apartments too. In fact in 1990s a large number of apartments were built in this area. No doubt the redevelopment is the buzz word in this area now. New modern structures are coming up in the area but the question is affordability and returns?
